Inaugural Dreidel Competition

Join Swampscott Recreation and the Lappin Foundation/PJ Library for the inaugural Dreidel Competition! Open to all!

Get ready for an evening of Hanukkah fun featuring festive crafts, delicious latkes (potato pancakes), and a lively dreidel spin-off with prizes for the top winners! We’ll also enjoy a Hanukkah story and explore the holiday’s rich traditions together.

The evening will close with a short, meditative Havdalah (separation) service, a beautiful ritual marking the transition from one week to the next week, a moment to reflect, reset, and set intentions for the days ahead.

Come celebrate community, light, and laughter as we spin our way into Hanukkah!
