Children’s Summer Reading Kick off Event

Excitement and fun await those who journey to the Swampscott Public Library and participate in our summer reading program, Plant a Seed, Read. In addition to reading great books,
library patrons can participate in exciting programs.

At our Kick off event you will:
Register for our amazing Summer Reading program, engage with the community, play with old and new friends, plant a seed, create your own art, listen to a modern retelling of a classic fairy tale, visit with Percy The Great Dane, get a caricature drawing (slots limited) dance, listen to music, play in bubbles, get a tattoo (stick on), and so much more!
