Celebrate our Nation’s 250th with Betsy Ross

Join us on Monday, June 29 at 4:00 PM as Betsy Ross* visits the library to help kick off America’s 250th celebration! Children ages 4 and up are invited to meet the famous flag maker, hear stories from the Revolutionary era, and enjoy a fun and engaging historical program for the whole family.
*Carole Finn is a professional actress, storyteller, singer, mother and grandmother. She has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for 35 years, starring in films such as The Never-ending Story 3 with Jack Black. Carole performs over 15 different characters for her party business at schools, libraries, and private parties. Carole says her greatest role is being a mother to her 3 daughters, whom she raised in Beverly, MA.
