Join Swampscott Recreation at the Swampscott Farmers Market for a meaningful morning celebrating Indigenous voices, stories, and culture.
We’re pleased to welcome Miss Lisa, Head of Children’s Services at the Swampscott Public Library, for a reading of Fry Bread by Kevin Noble Maillard, a beautiful story celebrating family, tradition, and Indigenous identity.
Participating families can receive a copy of the book (one per family, while supplies last).
Kids can also enjoy a fun, creative craft activity!
All are welcome to join this special community gathering. We hope to see you there!
