Seaside Swampscott is located ten (10) miles North of Boston and easily accessible from Logan International Airport and is part of the Essex Coastal Scenic Byway, the 90-mile roadway that links 14 coastal communities from Lynn (our neighbor) to Salisbury and features scenic views, period architecture, historic sites and recreational opportunities.

Seaside Swampscott is also part of The East Coast Greenway which connects 15 states and 450 cities and towns for 3,000 miles from Maine to Florida to foster  a safe walking and biking route through the country’s most populated corridor.

Easily accessible by public transportation, there are more than a few options: Burrill St Swampscott Train Depot (Commuter Rail with www.mbta.com) is a quick 15 minute walk to the Seaside. The Commuter Train takes you to Boston’s North Station: home to the Boston Garden and the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics. One stop North of Swampscott is the famous City of Salem. The 442 bus from Wonderland (MBTA Blue Line) takes you through Seaside Swampscott and ends in the quaint New England town of Marblehead.
